It's very often the case and it's a an another verification here: when you're specialist on one thing, it's sure that you do it the best way!
L'adresse is all about burgers, they have something like 15 different kinds (including veggie ones).
The restaurant has more or less 20 places so it's very cozy.
They also have lovely wines to accompany the burgers, special mention to the Oratoire du Chasse Spleen :)
I'll definitely go there again and advise everyone to test at least once!

This rating is for my experience with this restaurant.  We walked inside well dressed and we were asked if we had a reservation in French we said no, and they said they were full and no place to sit when there were 5 tables open and they only have about 9 tables.  I feel because we didn't speak French we did not get served.  So if you don't speak French don't go the owner is an asshole.

After weighing our options, my boyfriend and I carefully chose L'Adresse considering the reviews and menu options seemed better than others in the city. It was not too busy for a Friday night but nonetheless, they sat us down at the table right in front of the bathroom so that each time a person entered or left to do their business, a nice waft of cleaning chemicals and a small hint a pee would come over us. There were 2 other tables we could have requested to move to that we thought were reserved but they were empty for the duration of our time there. Intentional or not, we didn't appreciate the meal as fully due our proximity to the restroom. Why is there even a table 5 inches from the restroom? Yes, the place is small but squeezing in a few more customers a night is not worth the experiences like this. Anyway, rant over.
Food is OK. Maybe I'm biased because I'm American and if we make anything better than others, it's burgers. I've been to quite a few burger joints and this one is below average. I've had better burgers in random unrated brasseries in France. For the price, it's not worth it. If you're going to glamorize burgers, it better damn well be amazing. The roasted and sautéed potatoes were on point though. Don't expect fries.

Nice owner, cozy atmosphere. Good, classic burgers  but with a lot of sophistication and, if you want, loacal savor with 'maroilles' cheese burger!
